I am a coach and consultant with 22 years’ experience supporting individuals and organisations in developing and implementing sales effectiveness, talent and enablement solutions. I was instrumental in the start-up, leadership and growth of the EMEA subsidiary of a US sales performance improvement company.

My academic background is in organisational and positive psychology which I bring to my coaching and consulting practice. As part of my ongoing development I am currently researching a PhD in psychological wellbeing.
