Besides coordinating delicate joint management and union teams, I’ve also challenged professional peers with my assertion that “Anyone can learn to facilitate!”, when co-chairing an Americas Conference of the International Association of Facilitators.

Often called the “Coach’s Coaching Ambassador” by other Certified High Performance Coaches, I persistently guide corporate teams toward sustained high performance, instead of the typical peaks and valleys that often erode hope and commitment. Supplementing various leadership and facilitation awards, I’ve also authored training materials on team ethics, empathy, Risk-Giving℠ and SituationalALERTness℠, in addition to owning muti-million-dollar businesses.
